Employee attribute analytics can tell us a lot about an organizations' primary asset -- their people -- and could be very useful in analyzing and optimizing the workplace. But is it enough? Paul Leonardi and Noshir Contractor found that augmenting attribute analytics with relational analytics would improve the "people business" in organizations.
